What is Pranayama?
Pranayama is the set of breathing techniques based on the practice of Yoga, a traditional physical and mental discipline that originated in India thousands of years ago. Balance exercises:
These exercise the nervous system, synchronize the brain’s two hemispheres, reduce the heart rate, and purify our energy channels. It brings a lot of tranquility and well-being. It brings us relaxation and calm in mind and the functions of the heart. Very effective in times of stress.
Meditative Relaxation Exercises:
These give us a strengthening of the immune system and are very relaxing, regulating body temperature, muscle, and mental relaxation and generating a feeling of satisfaction.
