WHAT IS PRANAYAMA?

Pranayama is the set of breathing techniques based on the practice of Yoga, a traditional physical and mental discipline that originated in India thousands of years ago. These techniques emphasize meditation and liberation, whose objective is to control what Yoga calls prana, in Sanskrit, cosmic energy.  The postures complement each other and are learned progressively since some are more difficult than others.

MEDITATIVE RELAXATION EXERCISES:
